600 Series High Performance Cutters
The 600 series cutters were developed for a wide range of applications in the cut sheet market. Three models are available with a full range of features to cover any requirement. The Cutters are secured in a frame welded for durability and strength. The frame incorporates castors for easy mobility and fixed feet adjustable for leveling. Machine side frames are constructed from high strength material providing high structural stability. State of the art DC motors reduce operational noise while increasing reliability and extending working life. ERG, FCC and UL certifications ensure that the Cutters comply with operating and environmental safety standards.

The 600 series cutters are available in three different models-the 603, 602, and 601.
MP 603 Electronic Cutter
The MP 603 is a low cost, full featured cutter designed for the shorter run markets. It features speeds of 8000-12" single ply forms per hour and 5000-12" multiple part per hour. A full array of optional equipment is available to custom configure the MP 603 to your needs.

Optional Equipment
Fixed Output Tray: Standard output tray for collection of sheeted material.
Shingling Conveyor: Processed documents are outputted as a single-stacked stream that can be unloaded without interrupting the operation of the cutter.
Descending Stacker: Automatic descending table and stacker.
3rd Blade Upgrade: Cutting unit option which removes strip cut with a single stroke allowing for faster processing speeds. Recommended for single ply, non-chemical webs only.
Center Slitter Assembly: Slitting assembly for linear separating the web into two parts.
Jam Detector: Automatic stop of cutter in case of paper jam.
Loop Control Interface: Optical interface which allows the Cutter to be run in-line with other production equipment. The interface controls the speed of the Cutter in relation to the speed of the host equipment.
MP 601 Electronic Cutter
The MP 601 is a high speed, high performance cutter designed for longer runs. It comes equipped with many standard features to optimize speed and efficiency:

MP 602 Electronic Cutter
The MP 602 is the most advanced cutter on the market. It incorporates all the same features and options as the 601, but includes a patented second document feeder so dual streams can be processed and sequenced automatically. The standard features for the 602 include: ,

Descending Stacker: Automatic descending table and stacker.
Stacker with Group Separation Feeder: Individual groups of documents are automatically separated by insertion of reusable interleaves or tabs under predetermined group or OMR control.
Stacker with Cover Interleaver: Individual groups of documents are automatically collated with a cover or other document under predetermined group or OMR control. For 8 1/2" x I I " or A4 formats only.
3rd Blade Assembly: Cutting unit which removes strip cut with a single stroke allowing for faster processing speeds. Recommended for single ply, non-chemical webs only.
2 Blade Assembly: Cutting unit designed for processing multiple part forms, carbonless and other chemically treated papers. Note: The optional blade assemblies are easily interchangeable so that different units can be utilized for the best performance of any job.

OMR Control- Electronic control for separating documents in variable quantities during the operation by controlling the optional output systems (standard on 602, optional on 601).

Synchronized Slitting Unit: Motorized slitting unit which is electronically interfaced with the 602 which will enable a web which was printed 2 wide to be slit in tandem into twin webs for batch processing.
