Form-label combinations have become one of the fastest growing products for the forms market today. The Forms Labelers are available in three different models-the Micro, the Standard and the Deluxe- which will suit any manufacturing requirement or budget. The Forms Labelers were developed with the forms manufacturers in mind. All three models are easy to set up and operate and feature high production speeds in a heavy built, compact design. Each model incorporates the same accurate label affixing design which is unmatched by any competing system. The FME Forms Labelers provide forms manufacturers with the tools needed to enter this profitable market.

Micro Forms Labeler

The Micro Forms Labeler is designed for lower production requirements. It features single wide production facilities, accurate label placement and an economical price. The Micro Forms Labeler is equipped with:

• label pack input table
• paper pack input table
• two (2) side adjustable paper heavy duty pintractors
• two (2) side adjustable label heavy duty pintractors
• computer and keyboard
• waste rewind
• gravity delivery

  • Infinite Jump program: any label combination applied to a form can be repeated on any given number of forms, whether it be to every second form or to one at an infinite distance.

• Optional interfaces for inline operation with other equipment (collators, sheeters, laser printers, etc ... ). Note: options must be ordered at time of purchase.

Standard Forms Labeler

The Standard Forms Labeler is designed for full production requirements. It features single or double wide production facilities, accurate label placement and computer push button control. The Standard model can be configured with a full array of advanced optional features to suit any production requirement.

The Standard Forms Labeler is equipped with:

• splicing station
• motorized label unwind shaft with variable speed control and four (4) universal cones
• conveyor table for paper pack input
• four (4) side adjustable paper heavy duty pintractors
• four (4) side adjustable label heavy duty pintractors o computer and keyboard 9 wig-wag folder with variable speed belt delivery table
• adjustable speed waste rewind shaft o folding gears for 12", 1 1 ", 8 1/2" and 7 1/3"

The Deluxe Forms Labeler is designed to give unrestricted flexibility and performance. The Deluxe Forms Labelers incorporates standard advanced features such as infinite jump label program, floating label program, electronic folder and staggered label capabilities.
