FME Pack Collators

FME has six different pack collator models to choose from, as well as our economical rotary crimper covering any production requirement and budget. Each collator is full featured with a large selection of optional equipment available, including Skip Gluing Systems for most models, call FME for details.

 Rotary Crimper

• Crimps up to 4 parts, gravity delivery
• Options: Linear Perforation, Crash Numbering

5 Part Carbonless Pack Collator

• 5 paper stations. 550 series folder, Crash Numbering, 350 fpm
• Options: Linear Perforation, Electronic Counter w/ motorized delivery, extra paper station

XP Pack Collator

• 4 paper stations. Re-Folder, Linear Perforation, Crash Numbering, Cross Perforation, 350 fpm
• Options: 6 part configuration

Mini Pack Collator

• 4 paper stations, gravity delivery, 350 fpm
• Options: Crash Numbering, Linear Perforation

4 Part Carbonless Pack Collator

• 4 paper stations, Re-Folder, 350 fpm
• Options: Crash Numbering, Linear Perforation, Spiral Folder

4 Part Carbon Pack Collator

• 4 paper stations, 3 carbon stations, gravity delivery, 350 fpm
• Options: Linear Perforation, Crash Numbering. ReFolder. Spiral Folder, Electronic Counter w/ motorized delivery

MCC 450 Pack Collator

• 4 paper stations, 3 carbon stations, Spiral Folder, Linear Perforation, Crash Numbering, Cross Perforation, 450 fpm
• Options: 6 part configuration, Unit Set Delivery, Up & Down Heads
