2 Color Offset Pack to Pack Press

A compact continuous forms pack to pack printing press designed for the shorter run computer forms market. The basic design is a two color, wet offset unit, variable in size from 6" to 14". Preprocessed paper packs are printed using a common blanket in two-color mode.
A microprocessor controlled stepper motor insures correct registration as it prints. Perfect print position and registration is assured without damage to the line/marginal holes through the control unit that maintains proper tension. The print image register can be adjusted while the press is running.
Circumference changes are accomplished without having to change print cylinders by push button, which controls the movement of the paper quickly and efficiently. Plate changes and adjustments to cylinder pressure are very simple. One size plate is used for all form sizes and a quick action plate clamp with plate skewing capabilities achieves a fast make ready.
A well proven dampening system and an ink train comprising eleven ink rollers for each of the two print towers insures high quality printing with two form rollers for each plate.
