Delivery Schedule: Shipments are generally made within one (1) working day. Special or custom made items require additional time. Special or custom made items already in manufacturing are not subject to cancellation, alteration or deferment of shipment.
Domestic Shipments: All domestic shipments under 150 pounds are made via UPS unless otherwise specified.
Foreign Shipments: FME ships all orders Air Freight collect unless otherwise specified. All freight is EX WORKS, FME, Orlando, Florida unless otherwise specified.
Prices: Subject to change without notice. Always put prices on your purchase order. If there is a difference of more than 10%, we will notify you prior to shipment.
Minimum Order: $25
Returns: Returns will be accepted for replacement or credit, at our discretion, only UPON WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. Any merchandise not properly authorized for return will be refused and returned immediately, freight collect. If authorized returns are due to ordering error, a 20% restocking charge will be made. A request for return due to ordering error must be made within five (5) days of receipt of the order with transportation charges prepaid to FME. Items must be returned within 90 days from date of invoice.
Warranty: All FME products are guaranteed only to the extent of replacement if defective in manufacturing or packaging. FME must be notified within 60 days of receipt of merchandise by customer.
Terms: Net 10 days. If not paid within 30 days from date of invoice, a service charge of 1 1/2% per month, 18% per year, will be charged on all past due accounts. Any accounts which are unpaid after 60 days will be subject to being placed on a C.O.D. basis.
Overseas Shipment: We generally require an irrevocable Letter Of Credit or payment in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipments may be C.O.D. at our discretion. Please contact FME for the proper procedures for sending a Wire Transfer and Letter Of Credit issuance.
New & Used Equipment: A deposit is required on all new & used equipment. Balance of terms will differ depending on equipment.
Credit Cards: FME now accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. A handling fee will be charged to each order dependent on the dollar amount.
